In order to provide you with the best possible conditions of accomodation in "Domek pod Smrekiem" we kindly ask you to read and follow the rules of our resort

1. Upon booking and payment of the deposit, our Guests accept the provisions of these Regulations.
2. The lease agreement is agreed by the parties for a definite period for a fixed number of people in accordance with the terms of the regulations. In the event of force majeure, the Host has the right to withdraw from the contract. This also applies to cases in which the personal safety of Guests or their property, for reasons beyond the control of the Host cannot be guaranteed. Amounts paid by Guests are subject to immediate refund, minus the amounts due for services already provided.
3. The hotel day starts at 12.00 PM on the arrival day, ends at 12.00 PM on the departure day.
4. Quiet hours are valid from 10.00 PM to 6.00 AM
5. Upon arrival at our resort, Guests are obliged to pay the entire amount of the rental fee, minus the amount of the deposit.
6. Organizing meetings, events, etc. requires additional acceptance of the Host.
7. Smoking and consumption of other stimulants in the whole house is not allowed!
8. Due to the wooden structure of the house - the bonfire is allowed to burn only in designated places.
9. Arrival with pets absolutely requires prior agreement with the Host of the facility. Animals must not be left at home or on the near territory without any care.
10. Guests are obliged to use the property entrusted to them in a manner consistent with its intended purpose, take care of cleanliness and order during their stay, as well as it is required to leave the facility in proper order upon departure. In case of damage caused by Guests and / or their pets, Guests are liable by paying compensation in the amount of 100% of the cost. Guests are obliged to immediately inform the Host about any failures, damage and deficiencies found in the facility and to report damage caused during their stay. 11. Please change footwear in the building of our resort.
12. Please segregate garbage as described on the containers/bags.
13. The Host declares that he is insured against civil liability and in this respect is liable for unintentional damage caused to Guests.
14. For each reservation we add 1 basket with wood /for fireplace/. Additional firewood is available on request for a fee.
15. Please follow the usual rules for maintenance of good neighborly relations.
16. Before leaving the house, please check the shutdown of all electrical appliances and water each time.
17. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code regarding occasional rental shall apply.
